Introduction to Advanced Dogercise held on 27 August was a resounding success
The dogs both surprised and amazed their owners, the course was fun, informative and interactive.
The course covered:
- warm ups and cool downs
- core strength
- hind and front limb awareness
- co-ordination and strength
